superb little village pub , we attend a family fun day , staff are brilliant and very friendly, has something every two weeks or so comedy, bands, check out their pages for more information would highly recommend
Stopped here for a pint and sandwich lunch. All great and served with a smile. The pub itself is an ancient pile which hasn’t been tarted up too much so it retains a lot of character. Menu is simple and straightforward which is a nice change from the same old everywhere else.
Lovely "Proper pub". None of your corporate chain nonsense. Cosy nooks, open fires, no music, amazing pies seriously and friendly service. Nice garden with great views also.
A friendly pub with a warm welcome, frequented by locals and great beer. Did not eat so am unable to comment but if rest is anything to go by I'll have to give it a go.
Fabulous place. Friendly locals friendly landlords, delicious food! We even from time to time bring the horses down for a quick one and are always welcome! Also very dog friendly pub. One of my favourite places around !!
Nice Harvey's beer kept well. A friendly little local pub where everyone is made to feel welcome, including dogs. Also has grassed garden and patio.
It is good to see a nice selection of sandwiches on the lunch time menu and open on a Monday. As so many pubs have removed sandwiches from there menu's. The beer and food was very good . We sat in the large side garden on a hot day . We will back for more.
Guess how much these two pints of soft drink cost in total? The answer is £10. Gobsmacking. Burger was decent tho
Had lunch here again today with friends. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service is friendly we will certainly return in the near future
We arrived today and were a little shocked to find there was no baby changing facilities, and the only food being served was lamp shanks or beef. Not ideal for a group of vegetarians with babies.
