Rayanne House is a multi award winning guest house and private restaurant located minutes from the Belfast City Airport. Big old house made into a modern guesthouse/hotel. Me and my girlfriend stopped here for the night as we where visiting the big city found it very cosy and warm and very quiet. Not far to Belfast City center either and breakfast was had lots lovely looking options I went for the banana crepe.

Welcoming, comfortable guesthouse just outside Belfast (5mins from city airport). Husband and wife team Conor and Bernie can’t do enough for guests. Rooms are appointed better than most hotels (excellent selection of toiletries). Conor is a trained chef and offers inventive gourmet breakfasts. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

The whole breakfast experience is quite simply the best in Northern Ireland. The Staff are so friendly, accommodating and attentive and make you feel so welcome in their beautiful house. The food was the best breakfast food that I've ever had, chosen from a very imaginative menu. I will definitely be back to sample some of the other dishes! A great way to start the day!!!!!!

Stayed once ,after bomb went off outside Place Barracks told to leave house by police. Spent night in community centre. In the morning Rayanne house offered to put people up free of charge. Able to get some sleep also a shower and something to eat. Very much appreciated as my mother was in a wheelchair. These are good people, the best.👍😀

Absolutely amazing bed and breakfast loved it so much this is our second time staying here. The staff are just amazing. Would definitely recommend
