Rayanne House is a multi award winning guest house and private restaurant located minutes from the Belfast City Airport. Run by proprietors Conor and Bernie McClelland and a wonderful team of dedicated staff, Rayanne House offers a unique hotel experience with bespoke bedrooms, excellent service and award winning food.

Good room well equipped excellent walkin shower -no break1fast as only recently back in operation after use as Ukrainian accommodation -but fruit yogurts bread -for toast -and jams etc -no problem as Holywood full of good coffee shops -we had breakfast 2 days in Coffee Yard excellent -Yard Fry is great Ulster Fry in disguise -!Good reception rooms to use to read etc and free to come and go with key to front door and roomnGood value
Nice quiet area and peaceful hotel, so I enjoyed three good night sleeps. However, my room was small, dark, and pokey, I think I had the short straw of the choice of rooms. I had a used towel left in my bathroom from the previous guests which when I told the person at the reception they apologised but didn't offer to take it so I had to handle it myself and bring it down to reception, also my shower wasn't working there was a twist on the pipe so the water just trickled down, I mentioned it to the person on reception and he gave me a key to another room so I could use the shower only. When I said earlier, I had the short straw. I realised this when using the other room. It was like walking into another hotel, the room was perfect and I wished it was mine, however the shower was better but still not the best. Another positive is the convenient free parking. Oh, and they don't do daily housekeeping.
The staff are extremely helpful ,friendly, and very professional. The rooms are wonderful and mine had a great view.
Rayanne House is a wonderful hotel. The staff headed by Conor's family is excellent, friendly and professional.nThe quality of service is very high as well as the level of cooperation and support for all of guests.nI am proud to write few comments about this fabulous place!
So lovely! We were in town for a wedding at the Ulster Folk Museum, and stayed for just under a week. Very cozy and charming, very clean. Breakfasts were delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a little bit of a walk to the nearest shop, so perhaps better to have a car, but totally worth it.
