Jude is amazing! I've been multiple times and honestly the best massages and service I've had. Beautiful location and lots of great massage options. Jude creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I always come away feeling like a new woman! Couldn't recommend her enough.
I’ve been going to Jude for a few years, every massage is amazing! The warm bamboo has helped with my tight shoulders immensely! The hot stone is perfect for relaxing and warming you up during the cold weather. Couldn’t recommend Jude highly enough!

I have just had my second visit with the lovely Jude at Mindful massage and I have to say there is not a bad word to say about either of my experiences. I have had a full body massage and back massage with the warm bamboo sticks and it has worked wonders for me. I am beauty therapist myself and find I would have a lot of upper back issues. Now I definitely feel a lot better and body feels so much more relaxed and less tense. I am now definitely a regular at Mindful Massage and would struggle to go elsewhere!

THE place to go for a massage in Belfast. Jude makes sure to ask you what you want from your massage so it’s totally catered to what you want. Lovely location, clean and very peaceful. Left feeling completely relaxed and smelling great!
