From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was first class. The welcome from Becky on the desk was so friendly. A few nice touches that you will find when you stay! The room was great for our stay, breakfast was spot on. Becky and Ian were just as friendly and helpful on departure. Definitely will be our place to stop when we are in Manchester.
Stayed for one night, booked by my employers, so admittedly a short stay. Location is fantastic, I felt very well looked after, which began as I arrived and the reception team of Deep, Darren and Cheryl welcomed me and gave me a glass of Prosecco. Breakfast was great, staff were attentive. The hotel itself is slightly tired, but it was clean, bed comfy, big TV.
Have came here for Manchester Pride Check in was very quick and they were very friendly. Greeted by the gorgeous and lovely Miss Lightening. Room is slightly small but it is light and having a higher floor is a fab touch to see the city skyline. No safe in room as describe and would have also liked plug sockets next to the bed and a mini fridge in the room but other than that, it will be great for our stay for the Manchester Pride weekend.
Would definitely recommend this hotel, we got a room upgrade! Lovely view over Piccadilly gardens. Had 2 for 1 cocktails in the bar, courtesy of Maisie and Roy, who were so friendly! Nothing was too much trouble Rooms: Good size room, fab view! Only thing that surprised me was no hair dryer! Walkability: Perfect spot for the town centre!
The hotel stay was enjoyable, and the staff provided excellent service. However, there were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The door lock did not appear to be secure, the room temperature was uncomfortably warm, and there was a leak in the toilet. Despite these inconveniences, the overall experience was satisfactory.Rooms: 3/5

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Ian on the front desk offered amazing service, he couldn't have done more for us. The rooms were clean, a little hot due to the weather, but Ian arranged fans to be delivered to the rooms which greatly helped! The location is perfect, its very central and close to everything you would need. The parking is an added bonus, there is a fee, but it's so handy if you're travelling by car! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Manchester.
I recently stayed at the Mercure Piccadilly Hotel and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Manager Raj. From the moment we arrived, Raj went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He was incredibly courteous, kind, and friendly, making us feel truly welcomed. He even surprised us with complimentary drinks and ice lollies which was a wonderful touch. Raj's attention to detail and commitment to excellent service made our visit memorable. The room itself was clean and had great city views. The breakfast spread was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel, and a big thank you to Raj for making our stay so special!
Breakfast was a great variety! Rose & Neil was friendly, attentive and very welcoming..created a lovely atmosphere. Both Rose and Neil went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable during breakfast time..Rooms: 3/5
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Great staff, made the stay very enjoyable for a concert in Co-Op Live. Special thanks to Neil Hotel right next to the tram stop/city centre free travel to the venue. Great experience
