Lovely pub! Highly recommend Sunday roast - great selection of traditional Sunday lunch dishes. I had a nut roast which was super tasty. One thing to bear in mind - their Yorkshire puddings are massive in a good way
Lovely pub serving delicious food! The beer garden is along the side of an idyllic little stream and it has fast become one of our favourite spots!
Great pub on the river Super friendly staff and locals. Book in advance to guarantee a table for food. Limited parking but just a short walk from the train station.
Had a lovely anniversary meal last night as a family of 4. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food. The chicken supreme was amazing. Hubby commented that the home made pies were excellent. Steak was cooked to perfection and even the youngest super fussy child cleared his plate. I feel super lucky to have this amazing facility on my doorstep. Very polite staff in a friendly welcoming pub. Thanks All x
Came today, with friends for a very nice Sunday lunch. A table next to the river and a hot day, couldn't ask for more. Plenty of choice, hot food, good sized portions. Covid precautions taken. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Plenty of car parking. Recommended
Lovely place. 1st time visiting. Food nice, had Spanish chicken, tasty but not as flavoursome as I thought. Too many peppers in the roasted vegetables. Husband had cottage pie which he said was really nice. Our friends had fish and chips which I believe was nice too. Friendly staff. Car park not big enough

Visited today for sunday lunch with friends and our 4 year old. Very impressed with the service and food. Refreshing to have lots of vegan options and food was delicious with big portions. Staff were friendly and had good allergy knowledge, which is very important to us. We will return soon I am sure!
It's a really lovely place, with a large beer garden right next to a river, really nice. The food is lovely, I wouldn't change anything about it, will definitely go back
Right on the river! So much so you can feed the ducks from the tables. Little park out the back for the kids. They serve food but I haven't tried it just yet. Update: Popped back in today to grab some food, sadly it wasn't very nice for me. I had the burger and chips and my friend had the home made steak and ale pie and he loved it. Mixed review.
