Brilliant ordered an open face helmet which arrived swiftly but I decided it didn't suit me and they were happy for me to return it. So easy to return, no postage to pay as it's done through DPD drop off point, which was at a shop 2 minutes drive down the road from me. They refunded me no problem and then I ordered a full face helmet from them, one of the new John Doe One helmets. I have just received it, swiftly again, and I absolutely love it . Thank you very much Urban Rider, would definitely buy from this business again and can 100% recommend them.
Online order with these folks to get myself a nice set of winter gloves and jacket. Prices are bang on. All the product listings offer advice on whether or not to go up/down a size which in my case helped me massively. Items arrived in no time at all and was very packaged! I'll definitely be a returning customer!
I’ve been using Urban Rider online for quite a few years but this was my first visit to the shop. It is probably a lot smaller than you think it certainly was a lot smaller than i imagined and does feel a little bit cramped, but it was pretty busy when i was in there. Took a little while to be served but when i did get served the lady was an absolute delight. Knowledgeable about most stuff and happy to find out from another staff member the things she wasn’t sure about rather than trying to bluff her way out which I find infuriating. She was happy to let me try as many things on as I liked, wasn’t pushy or trying to hurry me even though the shop was busy and just let me take my time to make up my mind what I wanted. All in all a really nice shopping experience, thanks.
Can’t fault the service online. Wanted to order motorcycle boots but couldn’t figure the sizing. I called up the store who went the extra mile and tried the boots on for me to give me an indication as to whether they were true to size or should he sizing up or down Rather than direct me to a website or help page Delivery was fast, ordered on Thursday and arrived this Monday AM - well packaged. Would use again.
Brilliant service from Urban Rider. Put the order in for a new jacket, via the website website quick and easy to use yesterday morning,item arrived the following lunch time, by DPD - really good ,friendly service. Product was very competitively priced, couldn't fault. Many thanks to all the staff, a very happy customer
Urban Rider and Adventure Rider are my go to sites for all of my bike gear. Other than the fact they stock excellent quality products there are a number of reasons for this however primarily its trust. The honest and detailed product review videos allow me to make solid decisions on my kit based on actual riders opinions. As important is the customer service team who not only answer your questions and provide help in record time but go the extra mile to ensure consistent customer satisfaction Izabela deserves a mention here. AR also feature some lesser known and emerging brands which is great to see. I know its a shop but it feels more like a community, I can't recommend them enough one day I will make the pilgrimage to the shop.
Felix from the Adventure riding department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As a rider himself he understood my requirements and offered a variety of suitable riding clothes for an up and coming overseas trip. Highly recommend a visit to the store rather than purchasing online.
Amazing store, quality of the products is fabulous. Extremely fast delivery and they make sure to keep you updated. Customer service is the best, I had plenty of questions in regards to my order, to make sure I am making suitable choice for myself. All of them were responded to very quickly. I just bought my first motorbike, I went to Urban Rider Shop without knowing what I really need as a first essential wear, the guys Mario and Fenix helped me to find all I needed, super cool people friendly but also professional. The shop it's amazing, very well maintained and full equipped with all you need. I will definitely stop by again!
First ever visit today, taking the Honda Monkey. Parking tucked in by the shop windows for motorcycle was satisfactory. I was warmly welcomed into the store by all the staff. Specifically talking to Max who had the time, before it got busy, to briefly guide me where bits and bobs were around the shop, Including helping massively with a new jacket. Lovely shop with a broad selection sizes from the brands they stock. On this, they might not have the exact specific item but from the sizings available in the shop, they can order in or you can just go on their website and order yourself. Thanks for the good experience guys. Will definitely pop in again when gear needs replacing! Alastair
