I couldn’t be more thankful to Mike and Adam! Genuine team, offered so much advice and help prior to the pick up, during pick up and after my purchase. I travelled from Toronto and will absolutely do the travel again when I’m ready for an upgrade. Thanks again Mike and Adam for a great, smooth experience getting my first motorcycle.

Waste of time got quoted for a price  Suzuki GSX8R blue or silver on the phone out door price.  when arrive in there? Ask Adam what the price out the door again and was total different $1250 more  I ask why he that was the demo price on the other motorcycle. That’s what I call A little bit of a bait switch drove three hours waste of time.

Got me the right parts and stopped my bike from leaking. Even printed out a diagram of what I needed to do for my clutch cover...Love these guys!! They totally know there stuff. I wouldn't go anywhere else...salute boys!!!

I recently purchased my first bike from Adam and it was an awesome experience. He was so kind and took the time to show me all the gadgets on the new bike. He even gave me some tips as I’m a new rider.  He helped us strap it down on our trailer as well : Excellent customer service! I definitely recommend shopping for a bike at Inglis Cycle Center!

First time here for servicing my Triumph. Dealt with Adam over the phone and Gord in person. Over the top great customer service- all work explained, done on time and actually came in under their original estimate. Also got some accessories from Dave while waiting around, great service as well. Inglis is further than Sturgess in Hamilton for me but Inglis is a much better place for service. My go to shop from now on. Thanks guys, see you next time!

I have to say off the bat that I absolutely adore Inglis Cycle, because since the beginning, everyone who works there has been so kind and helpful.  I am a new rider and was going into buying a motorcycle fairly uneducated about what to get. The entire team, especially Gord, Adam, and Mike, answered every question, let me sit on as many bikes as I wanted, gave lots of advice based on their own experience, did everyhting in their power to make sure I felt comfortable on the bike, and made sure I had as much knowledge about all of the options available before making my final choice. They were so conscientious throughout the process and I cannot thank the team enough for their hard work, knowledge, and thoughtfulness! They truly go above and beyond for their customers and that has been evident since the start.  If you are thinking about getting a motorcycle, definitely get it at Inglis Cycle! You will not be disappointed!

Im 74 years old and have bought a lot of motorcycles and cars in my time. Never have I had such exceptional customer service as I recieved at Inglis Cycle. They even followed up a few days after taking possession of the motorcycle to see how I liked it and did I have any issues.  5 star organization, credit to Mike and Gord Inglis for 1st class operation. Shout out for Keagan in parts for  help with accessories. !!

Great place to deal with for your motorcycle needs. They carry the main brands including Triumph. Easy to deal with staff, no pressure sales, Adam is great to deal with. Parts, service and sales.  Some previously enjoyed units.  Established business that has been in the community for many years.

these guys are top notch Adam has been working with me and staying in contact to keep me up to speed with progress and i would definetly recommend and 100 % i will be back for any future wants or needs amazing store inside ...
