Great scooter store. Very friendly owner, who took an hour to go through everything we need. He seemed very honest and fair about everything. We bought a black Vespa. I can definitely recommend this store.
Highly recommended shop to buy a scooter, replacement parts, clothing or even get a service. I’ve done them all, treated with a smile, and always had friendly advice. Today I went for an MOT and was told the low mileage didn’t warrant a standard oil change and so it was a simple fee many shops would charge you anyway. Over the years I’ve bought new bikes, helmets, batteries. They’ve picked up a failed bike to get it repaired and even installed parts on a bike I bought elsewhere - the comment being that repeat business and loyal customers is more important than a quick profit. I say it works, and I enjoy popping my head in to say hello and see what my next purchase might be. Thanks Ahmed!
I have been using Scooter World for the last 10 years. The owner Ahmed has the best knowledge in West London for all things moped. He's also a really nice guy who always goes out of his way to find solutions to any mechanical issue. I bought my most recent bike from SW and always return for all the servicing and MOT, the bill is never a shocker. Yes, you could say I'm a big fan!
I have been using them for almost 15 years and service has always been amazing. From general servicing of my MP3 Piaggio to recovery after it was stolen and damaged. They never force a sale and are extremely professional. Special thanks to Ahmed.
What a great shop and helpful owner! I had a really unlucky day, scooter problems, lost helmet and gloves. He discounted a new helmet and gave me an old pair of gloves! His kindness made a rubbish day much better! Would recommend this shop to anyone!!
I have bought a Vespa GTS300 about 1 year ago at the time it was 1 year and 3000km old and have done my routine check today now is 2 years and 10000km old. I have to say I have been really happy on how i got treated from the day i bought it until now, the Vespa is still riding like day 1 and never let me down i use it for commuting inside London basically everyday. They know what they are dealing with, they do just Piaggio and are very expert about it. Is the second Vespa i have bought in London before I had a GT250 from another shop and I have to say this time I really felt treated well and very professionally and I got a good deal with the bike.
Absolutely outstanding. I am a local resident and have taken my scooters to SW for years. Ahmed is a rarity these days, he's a wonderful guy who owns and runs the shop and provides fantastic help and service at fair prices. He's knowledgeable and so are his staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Michael
I called up for oil change they said they only do appointments in 2 weeks advance. So i booked for 2 weeks ahead and when i arrived they had no knowledge of my appointment and he was giving me numbers for different mechanics. Very rude people and overpriced. Do not recommend ‘i have no reason to lie… you dont know how to organise a tiny little scooter shop, what a joke! You tell people on the phone they need to book an appointment. Well i booked a appointment 2 weeks in advance, pushed my 750cc all the way on the otherside of Chiswick just for some dumb Romanian to tell me go somewhere else. Thank god i did because i went to a shop in shepherds bush instead uno bikes very helpful done more than i asked for and did not over price. Highly recommend going anywhere else.
Amazing team!!! Very unselfish, helpful and knowledgeable. Anybody who owns a Vespa, I would highly recommend Scooter World. Look for Alex or Ahmed.
