Terrible experience and not professional agents I went to see a property to rent with an agent, I told him immediately I was interesting on it and I started the day after to collect and send all the documents they need. They got my documents the day after and happy of my choice. I called the agent multiple time as I wanted to know when to go in, after ONE WEEK they told me the flat has been given to another person!!!! I was shocked!!! HOW can you promise a property to a person make this person lost time and then give the same property to another???? Really not professional!!! The consequence on me were terrible as I had to restart for looking for a flat with not anymore enough time. The agent make me lost 3 weeks and my actual rent contract was ended so I had to pay a B&B until I found another one. I`m a doctor working on ECC and ICU units with on call duties and I had to move 2times from previous flat to a friend then B&B and then to my actual flat that month with my car full of my personal stuff. Just for these stupid people.
Very professional and always help with an issue as quick as they can, Made the renting process very easy and straight forward no stress! Girls in the office are very friendly and helpful! Couldn't reccomend them enough to rent tenants or potential landlords.
I've used EasyMove for a few years. During this period I've had no rent arrears as their tenant vetting is excellent. They are also quick to arrange routine repairs and they arr good at keeping me informed.
Had let properties from easymove for many years never had a problem always willing to help and very prompt dealing with issues. Great run company and always there to answer questions etc. Ive bought a property now but would recommend them to anyone.
I would give 0 stars if I could for the amount of rusted light fittings and black mould in the property we have just been let only found on deeper inspection once our money had been handed over as could not get keys or contract before then the list of fixtures and condition from every room from them is wrong. All state good condition etc which is far from the truth. My 2 year old has stood on a carpet runner tack because they have not been bothered to cover the gap between the two floorings between rooms at the door. There is black mould around the inside runnings of every window in the property and am going to have to alert the neighbours as it is semi detached. Light fittings not covered to adequate building standards ie 1980 wiring fabric has degraded to the point where the brown live and blue neutral wires are clearly visible. There is white mould growing in the double glazing and is perfectly visible only reason it isn’t black is the vacuum of the window or whatever is left. I can go on and on about the state of this property and how it will affect the neighbours eventually as bricks and mortar are porous definition meaning water and the like can pass through into other properties. I have tried to resolve this and have an email saying we should not carry on with the tenancy even though Craig one of the directors said he would get contractors in. Where do we go in the meantime? They have offered no help in rehousing us even we offered that they pay the outstanding cost on top of the refund we still have not had to help us secure another home. They will not take responsibility of us viewing another property with a different agent and then they liaise to get the transition done smoothly. They refused point blank. That won’t be happening they said. Last business that told us similar for a different issue ended up £5000 out of pocket instead of a measly £500 or so. We have reported to fife council building standards and on Monday/Tuesday we will be involving the press as I am friends with a lot of media reps in the area. They seem to under estimate me and tell me “You don’t intimidate me” when I tell them my child was hurt by a rusty carpet tack and had to seek medical attention to make sure she did not need any tetanus shots etc. Her vaccinations are up to date so she should be fine but have been told to keep an eye for inflammation. So far I have emailed them a total of 12-14 times with no reply then they come to my work and just tell me it’s cosmetic. We are going to town on this one and anyone who can help please contact me. I have photo and video evidence and we are also still in the property covered in black mould

Very helpful and made the renting process very easy, are very quick at getting issues resolved as well. Highly recommend to new tenants or landlords.
Great company and great staff been with them for 4 years and they help with any thing that I needed fixed in. The flat would recommend them to any one looking to rent from them .
Nothing is to much trouble the more we'll known estate agents could learn a lot from these guys would recommend 100%
