Delmor staff are all polite, friendly, helpful and efficient.

Currently a tenant in a property managed by delmor and have had to withhold my rent due to holes in roof, heating constantly dropping pressure, didn't have a proper working fridge for almost 3 weeks, front door isn't closing properly and there is wet wall covering mainfuse Into the property. My husband deals with them now. After a week with no fridge he called them up for a follow up to be told they didn't have it on their records even though I still had emails with pictures  that were sent to them as requested and even got a reply.. After being 2 weeks late with rent we were called up to ask where our rent was and we told them we are still awaiting repairs. We were then shouted at and threatened that if we were to apply for a council house they would make sure we wouldn't get one. Disgusting behaviour. Oh and still awaiting repairs.

As a buyer and compared to other Fife estate agents, I've found them to be generally excellent! Definitely use again.

I have lived in a flat i rented through Delmor Estate Agent Kirkcaldy,  and wouldn't recommend them, they do not look after their tenants, they do look after the Landlords though, I have had loads of problems in this flat,  have had the windows fixed to stop drafts, but the most needed one has not been fixed i.e. Dampness in the bedroom, and I have asthma, it has caused me no end  of problems, I am moving out at the end of this month and hopefully my health will improve, I am 70 years old and last year has been the most difficult year for me, but  they don't care . I hope the new law about to come into force fines the estate agents, in the new law coming out the estate agents are being held responsible for repairs not being done and I hope this helps future tenants.
