Having moved to easy move I could not be more pleased with the service they give. They keep me up to date with all legislation and visit the property regularly giving a detailed report on the property. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them. All the staff I have dealt with are a credit to themselves and the company.

I've used EasyMove for a few years. During this period I've had no rent arrears as their tenant vetting is excellent. They are also quick to arrange routine repairs and they arr good at keeping me informed.

I let a property with Easy Move and find them really good. The office staff are great and are always willing to help make sure I know about any impending actions I have.

Previously been with them. They failed to do proper checks on a property before letting it. Many issues occurred from then on.

I would give 0 stars if I could for the amount of rusted light fittings and black mould in the property we have just been let (only found on deeper inspection once our money had been handed over as could not get keys or contract before then) the list of fixtures and condition from every room from them is wrong. All state good condition etc which is far from the truth. My 2 year old has stood on a carpet runner tack because they have not been bothered to cover the gap between the two floorings between rooms at the door. There is black mould around the inside runnings of every window in the property and am going to have to alert the neighbours as it is semi detached. Light fittings not covered to adequate building standards ie 1980 wiring fabric has degraded to the point where the brown (live) and blue (neutral) wires are clearly visible. There is white mould growing in the double glazing and is perfectly visible (only reason it isn’t black is the vacuum of the window or whatever is left. I can go on and on about the state of this property and how it will affect the neighbours eventually as bricks and mortar are porous (definition meaning water and the like can pass through into other properties.) I have tried to resolve this and have an email saying we should not carry on with the tenancy even though Craig one of the directors said he would get contractors in. Where do we go in the meantime? They have offered no help in rehousing us even we offered that they pay the outstanding cost on top of the refund we still have not had to help us secure another home. They will not take responsibility of us viewing another property with a different agent and then they liaise to get the transition done smoothly. They refused point blank. That won’t be happening they said. Last business that told us similar for a different issue ended up £5000 out of pocket instead of a measly £500 or so. We have reported to fife council building standards and on Monday/Tuesday we will be involving the press as I am friends with a lot of media reps in the area. They seem to under estimate me and tell me “You don’t intimidate me” when I tell them my child was hurt by a rusty carpet tack and had to seek medical attention to make sure she did not need any tetanus shots etc. Her vaccinations are up to date so she should be fine but have been told to keep an eye for inflammation. So far I have emailed them a total of 12-14 times with no reply then they come to my work and just tell me it’s cosmetic. We are going to town on this one and anyone who can help please contact me. I have photo and video evidence and we are also still in the property covered in black mould
