Illegally let out a 2 bedroom flat to five fully grown, fat adults(travellers!) Property 'did not have'a proper HMO licence!!required to house 5 adults in a 2 bed dump.

Lack of professionalism and good manners! I had an appointment with them for a viewing I booked a flight for (luckily it wasn't the only viewing of the day!) and I arrived to the property in time but nobody was there to welcome me. We called about and they told us that the property had been let the same morning!!! This is completely unbelievable and very unfair to do to clients or people in general, not even to consider I was coming from another country and I had to push myself from a corner of the city to this place to view the property, as agreed, just to discover I had rushed (and taken a lot of water) for nothing?! Also, you cannot book appointmets for a property and then let it to others the same morning! And absolutely you cannot do all of this without even calling who's coming to the viewing for a property  which is not available anymore!! I absolutely suggest you to not deal with them at all. It's already difficult finding a good rental solution for you. Spend your time in a useful way with other, more competent and professional (I hope) agencies.
