I was contacted by the sellers parents telling me all about the property, which was not too bad. When I was viewing the property I was taken back at the person showing me the property (the sellers mum, not a Remax professional). The only time I dealt with or spoke to anyone from Remax was when they needed a payment for their services.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Dreadful selling experience. The agents idea of 'reviewing the marketing strategy' was to tell me to reduce the price! Photos are not professional. They agreed to do ALL viewings but that soon fell away. Made assumptions without asking me questions. I have a list that of complaints to send to the office manager. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else.

I am so glad I didn't choose them as my  selling agent. I put a note  of interest in with view to making an offer because  I was unable to  until my  property  was sold. A few  days  later  they  contacted me and asked me for feedback on the  viewing.  I told them I had  already submitted a note of interest and was told that they had no record of this. The person I spoke to  had to be repeatedly  told the address  of the property and I had to spell the name of the town for her. Then it was taken off the market.  I was not  informed and found this out for myself. Some time after this  it came back on the  market and I tried to arrange  a second  viewing, because I could now make an offer, :but alas  .... despite being told that  someone would call me  back to arrange this, as no one was available to do so at the  time....next thing .... It was under  offer! This is such an unprofessional  set up.  Steer clear of it!

Rented 2 church walk kinghorn out of need 

Place was stinking of oldness, condensation etc. Warning do not rent this place and specialy from remax there the worst agancy av dealt with. No stars infact minus 9 stars
