I have been renting from Streets Ahead for numerous years and I have lived in several different properties around Fife. Always very happy with the properties and service standards. Jackie always makes sure  that the moving process is smooth. I highly recommend this Letting Agency.

My partner and I went and viewed a house and we really liked it but when asking questions regarding how long a lease we would get etc, they didn't know. I also sent a message after we'd viewed the house asking if they accepted pets as it didn't say anything in the ad. We never got a reply even tho the whole time we were viewing the house, she was never off her phone and even took a call while we there which was very unprofessional. We lost out on a house we wanted because she couldn't be bothered replying with a simple yes or no to my query on pets. Also kept saying we need to pay £150 upfront etc but knew no details of the lease etc. We would've lost this money and I wonder how many others have lost money. Would not use this company again.

I cannot recommend Streets Ahead highly enough .  After a year and 6 months of being harassed by bad neighbours which was having a affect on my health and my partners health as we are both disabled we felt we had no option but to go and look for private rented properties in order to have peace for Christmas and the long term future. After searching many properties for rent we stumbled on the ideal home for us we contacted Jackie at streets Ahead who was very understanding of our needs she quickly arranged a viewing and we knew straight away we would both be happy with the house  and with Jackie help and support two weeks later we were given the keys to our new home. Jackie went above and beyond to help us to secure the tenancy for us and we honestly cannot thank jackie and Streets Ahead Team  for all  they have done thanks to streets Ahead we can look forward to a stress free peaceful life and a good Christmas .  If you are looking for a professional agent I highly recommend Streets Ahead . Kathrine McRitchie

Unless u want to have no water acsess damp and mold evreywhere and an agent that does nothing to sort it then takes ure deposit for damage when there isnt any dont come here go yo someone that know s how to run a business and isnt just playing make believe and ripping people off #shamlandlord

This is an absolute joke and sham of a company getting people into short leases then stealing there deposits these people have no class and work with no professionalism they arnt estate agents there scammers conning evreyone out of there hard earned cash
