Can't thank Delmor enough for handling our recent house sale. We've used Delmor on three occasions dating back to 1999, we've always been delighted with the high level of service. I was pleasantly surprised on this occasion that they've moved with the times, all the viewings were texted and emailed which was really helpful.We were fortunate enough to have a lot of interest in our property and this meant a great deal of graft for Angela, Michelle and the team. They handled it all really well and kept us fully informed throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Delmor.

I can't be positive enough about Angela and the rest of the Delmore Cowdenbeath team. They are AMAZING. We contacted them on Monday requesting a fast response to secure the home we wanted to buy, and they had our home valued, home report arranged and completed, professional quality photos taken, viewings arranged and our home sold by the next Monday morning! Can't recommend them enough. Awesome service, they kept us right and took really brilliant photos for our ad.  I've always thought I'd use purple bricks, but now I see the value in a good estate agent. Would absolutely use their services again.

Fantastic local company, run by fantastic people offering a fantastic service. Angela, Nikki and Michelle made selling my house an easy, stress free process, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Nevermind 5 stars, 10/10 for me! If you are thinking about selling, look no further for your estate agent!

Can't thank the delmor team enough for getting me the sale on my property, from start to finish, Angela and the team got me a great price for the property, after being hesitant to market the property was all done and dusted within a few days, highly recommend and will definitely use them again 10/10 thank you very much

Shocking if I could give this company a zero I would I'm a young buyer who works night shift told them this and sacrificed a large portion to be left waiting and no one to be home selling ending up showing up unhappy to see me and tell me the property was sold, phone serval times emailed haven't heard a word and I wasn't the only buyer to have showed up either minutes later 2 more show up to view. Horrendous

Such a lack of communication between the estate agent and me. I was heartbroken that they didn't even have the common decency to tell me that the house is sold I had to find out from my solicitor. Two weeks after I found out the house was gone the advert is still up not even indicating that the house has been sold.

Delmor was a delight to work with. Efficient, no nonsense and friendly service. I would be very happy to use them again. Thanks so much for making the selling process so painless.

Lack of interest in showing a home - "Don't want to be traipsing back and forth" - Isn't that what you're being paid to do?! Don't take on a property to sell if its outwith your area?! Unwilling to let us view out of office hours. Badly advised from them with regards to solicitors. No answer at the end of the phone when website says they're open.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They twice left my property unlocked after giving viewings and then denied it and called me a liar. Stunningly unprofessional.

The lady was late, left to look round the property on our own, viewing was rushed, she was more interested in getting to her next appointment, phoned in with a offer on Monday and heard nothing back
