THERE IS NO MINOR INJURIES AT QUEEN MARYS HOSPITAL. IT IS NOW A DOCTORS HUB, YOU NEED TO Phone for an appointment.. the nearest A&E is kingston Hospital Please look at the photos for the number, name of department and location.
Wicked diagnostic radiology appointment with caring staff. Never been called up before my scheduled appointment time before - they were so on it. Really friendly staff all round - great experience.
on 24th sept i met with Sarah Thomas. Had been in so much pain and self medicating and in a big muddle physically and emotionally. Sarah was just outstanding in every way.. Kind patiens. fantastic listener and full of help and support. All delivered in a friendly non judgemental approach. i cannot thank Sarah enough for everything and referrals etc. She is a superb practitioner and i am so grateful. Thank you so much. The hospital too is really great. please pass o n my thanks and gratitude to Sarah. very best wishes lynne sinclair . 27.02.41
Thank you to all the lovely staff, nursing and otherwise at the Surgical Treatment Centre. They were very understanding about my anxiety about the procedure but also kindly looked after my husband who has dementia. Thank you so much.
WOW!!! Perfect in every way, like myself, lol Clean and tidy, No queues, Little coffee shop with ample seating area, also clean and great garden view's, Was glad my appointment was transferred to this hospital instead of Kingston hospital tbh. QMH was like it'd had just finished being built 'that' day. Couldn't fault it at all. Staff, Specialist, & Dr that I had contact with were all polite and customer service was second to none. Finger's crossed future appointments can be seen here too. Even the car parking was cheap.
An absolute joke. Waited for 4 hours with 10 people in the room. Meanwhile, the “doctor” kept going back and forth to speak to receptionists, spent 20 minutes calling for people’s names on people who clearly had left and just having little strolls. We all know the NHS is terrible at the moment, but with staff like this as doctors I fear the future of health care. This does not inspire the slightest bit of trust to the fact that this person is going to either admit me or diagnose me with something I need medication for. I am terrified. This at the urgent care treatment.
First time here for outpatient physiotherapy. Thorough assessment and advice given til next time. I am a nuero divergent dancer and the physio was good at physically showing me as I don’t process verbal instructions as a dancer. I have to do it.
Thank you to Michael, Lisa and the rest of the cardiac team that took such great care of my son Thomas Robinson both during and after his tilt table test. We are both very grateful. Sue Robinson
I have had several colonoscopies in my life, and this was by far the most painful, the so-called sedation did virtually nothing. I had the same procedure at another hospital 2 years ago, and it was completely different: I went to sleep and woke up when it was over. This was incredibly painful throughout, though the result was normal.
I was seen today by a doctor in Podiatry, who went above and beyond to listen to my concerns about the pain I get in my feet. He was very kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Highly recommended this clinic. Thank you Queen Mary's Hospital!
