The facilities and staff are good. However for volleyball the low ceiling makes it difficult to keep the ball in play. Leading to many lost rallies.
normally the staff are friendly but there’s is this one woman that’s always extremely rude, has got no manners. i can’t believe she got even given a job in which you have to talk to customers. Whenever she answers the phone i know i won’t be booking just due to the disgusting tone she has on the phone and the lack of attention. apart from her everyone is lovely but she does ruin the place
Great multi-sports venue, especially for indoor sports. The have equipment for wide variety. Personally I play floorball there every weekend with the London Sharks club. Feel free to come and join!
Had a family day there on Saturday, the weather was not to bad. The children & everyone enjoy them selves, there was craft stalls, Music & everyone having fun good day out!
Great sports leisure centre under refurbishment so can't wait to see when it's modernized
Nice compact gym, never to busy, no egos ECT, friendy
This is a simple but extremely friendly place. We mostly only use the dojo, which is new, always clean, extremely well cared for, and the trainers are excellent. The jiu-jitsu classes for children here are the best martial arts training I’ve fond in the whole SW11. They are respectful, patient, and they teach body awareness. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff nice and polite.
The person who handles the calls never picks the calls. They do not allow you to book the courts online either! This is 2022! Perfect example of how facilities run by councils are inefficient with lazy useless staff. The person handling the phone calls should be fired for not doing their job!
Get rid of the outdoor football pitches, you have men shouting their heads off making residents uncomfortable in their own homes.
The roof is too low for volleyball and the room insulates too well. But nothing can be done for the roof, of course. Maybe fans could be added
