A little expensive for a second hand shop. And be aware: They don’t actually allow you to exchange or return items : I tried on a shirt I bought at home and it was very uncomfortable, and now I have just “re-donated” it. The return/exchange policy is falsely advertised

Did a bit of volunteering here. It's a lovely shop, very friendly and supportive manager and staff. The donations are good quality, some designer, top brands. In a great location.
I find the staff very helpful and they have a wide selection of items from children’s clothes to kitchenware. Yes, maybe a little pricey for a charity shop but they do have a good selection of high end items. Look for a good bargain.
They saved me. My boots literally fell apart while at the Wallace collection and I found a great pair of casual Church's, lightly worn, for a mere 12 quid. They've served me well ever since.
