Got part furnished terraced house in Salford within short time with good transport links our priority. With new beds, new carpet and newly painted throughout. There was misunderstanding and they communicated well and managed. Overall good experience and hope will be good in future.
Absolutely appalling customer service. They do not have good communication skills in basic English. They talk down to you ... They are unreliable. Keep you hanging for weeks, just to come out and do few jobs. Charge you so much rent, then give you attitude!. They have thrown rubbish in the alleyway then want the tenant to ring the council to pick the mess up ... its their job not our!!
Repairs? Do them yourself! Save yourself time, stress and effort. Even if you're not a skilled tradie, I can guarantee you'll do a better job! As for being letting agents/landlords; absolutely useless, unsympathetic money eating machines. Have absolutely no regard to the impact that their poor, below substandard properties and their lack of actually wanting to provide quality homes impacts on their residents. And as somebody who has been in contact with them from supposedly working in partnership with MCC, as a company they need to go back to school and be reminded why a lot of their tenants/customers etc are living in their properties in the first place and be taught how to support people!
I am currently living in a property owned by accommodation links with my 2 year old daughter, I have had no access in or out of my back door for over a year and it has still not been repaired after numorous times reporting it Fire hazard. I also reported a leak nearly a year ago which someone came out to look at, he tightened the plug hole in the bath and told me that was it basically its normal and my leaking shower head is normal all showers leak letting the excess water out shower leaks all day everyday like someone is in it using it absolutely disgusted with this company and how they can treat people like this and allow us to live in conditions like this as well. Place needs shutting down for the foreseeable!
We have dealt with this company, they have very bad customer service and they held our deposits as well, blaming us for their own mistakes. Complete waste of time and money. Completely avoid this crowd. Companies like these should be banned from estate agent business. They have very bad customer services and this company is a rip off. Unfortunately, I got stuck with inexperienced people at accommodation link. I have to admit that they were good at giving us million reasons why they will not return deposits. If you are ripped off by this company, please go to small claims court right away. Don't expect any refunds..... Good luck!
We have been in our rental property now for 2 months and have settled in well. The team at Accommodation Links have been very helpful with this transition and very prompt in returning any queries regarding the property- for instance soon after moving we had discovered an electrical fault with the bathroom light. Having reported this an electrician came to follow up the call within a week and the repair was complete within the next fortnight. I'd certainly recommend Accommodation Links when looking to rent..
They fixed the property next door and in the process they destroyed my property fence they refused to replace it and I told them to call me for anyone comes to do any work on my property 3 times they came round. 1st time they put the gate back on and left the fence without the wood being treated then 2nd time round they painted it orange then the 3rd time they painted it black all this I told them to call me but once again no one called and they still not fixed the gate if I could give them a lower rating I would
Absolute joke ALL COWBOYS! the man who come to do repairs was rude and didn't speak English he come to fix the boiler witch he did pressure went up and I got my heating and water on for 1 hour he left I got in a shower came down and my kitchen was flooded with water from the radiators. I rang up complaining I told the lady I was fuming and I have a 3 year old child. She laughed at me and told me someone would be out that day. 3 days later still noone came. Lucky my dad would help me fix it! I've had accommodation links out 5-6 times now since April and they stress me out come to fix and problem but create more.
we have given our hard earned properties to manage but they specially fahad who is shadow director / owner of the company was cheating with us by taking huge difference of rent and in the end when we need our properties back they willfully damage our properties and white goods . Basically they are running fraud business with the help of few hidden person in council under the umbrella of council contract and taking properties on council name then make a huge cut of rent difference and cheat the land lords and even tenants . They also put other different persons in one room of one property and do not disclose to council and land lord . they also take some cash money above the rent from tenant. They also charge land lords each and every thing related to the property and to the tenant and to the council . they also make promise to the land lord that when they will vacate their property in same good condition as they are taken over we have huge evidences of our white goods and property damages now they are creating fuss with us and not paying the complete rent till the handover of property beware of these guys WARNING Fahd is running company without his legal representation like ????? and doing every thing .
I applied for a job with this company and was shortlisted for an interview. I was told I would be contacted with a decision after a few days. Two weeks later after having called the company after a decision was not forthcoming , I still had not been contacted. I finally got through to the manager after 13 days and was told I was unsuccessful. Thank goodness I wasn't successful and then learnt how unprofessional this company really is. A shocking experience with no respect for potential employees and a total lack of communication. I would advise anybody thinking of dealing with this company to stay well clear.
