Absolutely love this store for bows and hair clips for my daughter. Shop is so inviting and can tell it's a family business because of the environment you feel once you're in there. Always so much selection available and always a welcoming hand to help if you can't find what you are looking. Much prefer this store to any other similar stores. Would give more than 5 if I could
Terrible, Having shopped in this store many times from before it had moved to inside Clayton Square I was today disgusted at the way I was followed around. This store is the sort of store that people usually like to explore and browse picking items up as they go. One item fell off the display [a keyring] I picked it up and hung it back up And hung it back up the assistant was over like a swarm of bees to a pot of honey "everything ok can I help" from that moment she followed myself around everything I picked up she was their it got to a stage I had one item in my hand and my daughter brought a pack of hair bobbles to me the assistant again said you ok at this point I put the items down on the counter to carry on looking around. If I had have had the time I would have gone and shopped elsewhere but as I needed what I had picked up I paid and left the store. I have worked in retail sales in far more upmarket shops than this and had I treated a customer like this I would have been disciplined. I do understand that assistants have to be vigilant but to be downright over zealous making the customer feel intimidated and like a criminal is very bad practice. I think a training session in customer is needed as well as maybe having small baskets at the front to put items in
Drove all the way as the website says its open paid £5 to park and the shop was shut. Waste of a journey
