Amazing shopping experience! Couldn't wait for a delivery for a birthday present so called the shop, female assistant was so helpful that we made our way there, getting to the shop at 7.30pm on a Friday night. Nothing was too much from either assistant, even tho it was the end of their day!! The female assistant went above and beyond to help us choose, and even further to make sure we had all our purchases!!! Thank you for the beautiful gift wrapping and excellent service. You are a credit to Radley and hope you are recognised for it!!
My sister and I visited Radley Liverpool 1 recently and received absolutely excellent service by the staff in there. They were all extremely pleasant and James went above and beyond his duties by very kindly giving us a map and explaining in great detail all the different shopping areas to visit which was so helpful. An extremely pleasant and helpful young man who gave excellent customer service.
Always excellent customer service in here. Staff are attentive but not pushy and very friendly. Fantastic range of bags to suit every taste. High quality items which reflect the cost but you definitely get what you pay for! Definitely worth a visit here.
The staff are so friendly and helpful, and they employ enough staff at this busy time so you are not in a queue. They wrap everything up and box it beautifully with a ribbon for an additional cost. I will certainly be back. A lovely relaxing experience during this busy time of year.
I visit the Radley store in Liverpool 1 frequently, staff are always very polite and helpful, particularly last weekend, I had a slight problem with one of my numerous Radley bags I own and have never had any problems with before I must add, I showed Ruth who was very polite and professional and said It could be replaced. Ruth telephoned me and said she would post it onto me when it arrives at the store, as I don't live in Liverpool. It arrived today. That has to be the best customer service I have ever recieved thank you Ruth for looking after me, you are fantastic. Thank you Diane xx
Excellent service this afternoon when visiting this store- very friendly and helpful 2 female members of staff made mine and my mother's shopping experience an absolute pleasure- my purchase was also beautifully wrapped with a lot of care..we left very happy with such top service and will definitely visit again in the near future ..thank you
Shopping in there yesterday, i saw a bag which i liked, lmt edition, and a gift for a friend, a lovely assistant come helped her name Georgia, want say very good customer service, was looking at a pendent, she had a look, was'nt in stock then offered me if i wanted dilvered to a other store, she was paitantvery friendly
