Staff are amazing, so lovely and helpful! Helped me pick out a gorgeous bag for my babys pram and helped with outfit sizes for my little girl
First time visiting Liverpool and first time in a Cath Kidston store. What can I say? The staff are wonderful and were super friendly and helpful. They made my first experience shopping at Cath one I will not forget and even made a fuss of my daughter whilst I had a look around which she absolutely loved. Customer service in this store was spot on. I will definitely be shopping at Cath Kidston again. Would highly recommend :

Very in experience girls work in this shop they have no manners towards there customers the only thing they were quick at was calling security as they were not perfessional enough to handle and sort the matter out themselves was laughable more training needed little children
