Came in with my gf and her friend today for her friend to get her ear pierced. We were assisted by Tilly, who was completely delightful. Very friendly and help with any and all questions we had, absolute credit to the business!

Staff are rude and incompetent. Sold us the wrong item and refused a refund literally 1 minute after purchasing. Left the shop after staff became confrontational...also turns out that they gave us a fake email address for customer services obviously forgot you can get this online!
Called in for a quick nose around as the the windows were advertising huge sale's on just about everything. Always find Claire's a bit on the pricey side, you can get the same, or nicer & wider variety for lower prices in various other places. Nothing in store took my fancy today either though.
The staff are not helpful they have poor attitudes and are more interested in talking to each other than to customers. I was served by a blonde girl with curly hair the only words she spoke to me was my total to pay. I dread shopping here but my little girl loves it we tend to go to Southport when we can where the staff are far more friendly.
Discriminate against young mothers and won’t allow to get their child’s ears pierced without the Nans consent for her OWN child, even with a person over the age of 18 with them. Disgusting
If zero stars was an option that is what I would give. Took my 8 year old here to get her ears pierced. The earrings were put on to tight and resulted in my daughter having sore, red, swollen ears. I rang for advice as they were so tight I couldn't grasp the earrings to take them off. The lady I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and rude, when I told her the issue she laughed and simply replied with 'If its that bad take her to a&e then' and 'maybe you should go to a tattoo shop' wouldn't give me her name. Have taken this matter further. Won't be to hard to find her name as can't imagine there were to many staff on at 5.30pm on Tuesday 18th October
