Beyond excellent. After doing some research online I decided to go to Quality Diamonds with my best friend to buy a new diamond ear stud. From the moment we met Daniel we knew we can come to the right place. Daniel took great care in explaining the different types of diamond along with the 4 Cs. We then went through the available stock he had there and picked the most perfect diamond for me. Was a really fantastic experience and I now have a very bright and sparkling diamond ear stud which I couldn’t be happier with - I can’t wait to go back for another diamond - I’d go no where else!
Over the years, we have bought a few pieces from Paul, to include my engagement ring and my wedding band. To this date every time, I look at my ring., I have a great sense of admiration and appreciation. Paul is knowledgeable, honest, reliable and has a great taste. In love with my engagement ring and wedding band. Paul and Daniel were both very patient while I made my decision. They offer such great advice and have extensive knowledge. They both are very understanding of budget and take the care to explain everything, which is nice.
