I went all across Hatton Gardens to look for an engagement ring, and the service from Tracey was incredible! It was so personal, friendly and she made it so easy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Absolutely would recommend to all.
Hatton Garden can be overwhelming, as there is simply too much choice. Honestly, after visiting a few other shops, for me there is only one choice. This place. Where there is so much choice, it has to come down to the experience and customer service. The staff are unbelievably friendly. When I came back for my wedding band they remembered almost to the day when my wedding was, noting it was fast approaching. They remembered my partner was looking for dark red shoes to match mine, and enquired if he’d found them. It felt as if they actually cared and I wasn’t just a faceless customer. That means a lot. In terms of the wedding ring, Tony’s attention to detail and honest advice was way, way above and beyond what I experienced in the other shops. He explained the importance of matching the metal of the wedding ring to my engagement ring, instead of trying to push the most expensive metal which at the time was platinum. He noticed the claws my diamonds were set in for my engagement ring and found a wedding band which perfectly matched I went for a diamond wedding band none of the other shops did that. He was so thoughtful and meticulous in finding the perfect style which sat perfectly next to my engagement ring. It was as if they were designed to sit together. He also explained how I could have the band customised which I didn’t need to as it was such a perfect fit. While I was trying on the wedding rings they offered to quickly clean my engagement ring for free. It was such a kind, unexpected and thoughtful gesture. A few more diamonds were needed on my wedding band to match my engagement ring band, so they took my engagement ring for a few days to ensure it all aligned perfectly and then did a proper deep clean of the ring, again for free. I can’t remember the name of the treatment they did, but it was like new, I don’t remember it ever sparkling like that and it looked dazzling next to my new wedding band. And to top it all off, they gave me two weeks free insurance, giving me time to add the ring to my existing insurance provider. In total I visited the shop three times and the whole team is just so lovely, thoughtful and kind. I love my ring it’s perfect, but the memories and the sweet experience I had with the team, who genuinely wanted it to be perfect for me, with no hard sell or pushiness made it a perfect. Thank you so much Tony and the team. I’ll be back in a year to get the rings cleaned again, and will pay this time!!
We got our wedding rings made here. The staff were very knowledgeable and approachable and gave us a fair price that was better than the other shops on the street. The rings were ready quickly and excellent quality.
For my 50th birthday I wanted a classic diamond ring and after browsing a few jewelers in Hatton Garden I walked into Fine Jewels. for me it was a wonderful experience, I found a kind and expert assistant manager, Richard, I had a badge and he offered me the best diamond with a fantastic discount, I couldn't ask for more, I'm very happy. a diamond is forever, i will go back to them for my earrings.
I recently visited Fine Jewellers to find the perfect engagement ring, and I had an amazing experience! Manager Chris and Josie, his assistant, were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They listened to my preferences and worked within my budget to help me find the ring of my dreams. What I appreciated the most was their honesty and transparency. They didn't sugarcoat anything and provided me with straightforward information, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I highly recommend Fine Jewels and the exceptional service provided by Manager Chris and Josie. Thank you for making this special moment even more memorable!
Honest. Quality. Free insurance. Good price. Guys.... I came to Hatton Garden 4 times when choosing an engagement ring and believe me this is the place you should trust! Chris and his team were amazing. No pressure sales, patient, and brilliant advice/recommendations. You will also get a good deal here - they are honest with the pricing which made me wonder if the quality would be affected... it isn't! 4 months later the ring is still perfect! GIA certified as well... Don't be fooled by interior. I got the exact same spec ring quoted in a 'fancy' shop down the road, with an onsite workshop. They quoted me £2000 more and would not budge until I told them I went with Fine Jewels, then they tried to match Chris' price haha!. I will be coming back for the wedding rings!

We can’t say anything other than what a fantastic service we received at Fine Jewels. The team were extremely patient and attentive to us while we were choosing the new rings. It was a difficult time for my wife on a personal level and they were so kind. They were able to suggest various options for us and advise us on what would work the best. They kept in touch with us during the whole process and we couldn’t have ask for anymore. When we collected the rings my wife was made to feel very special. Visited Fine Jewels today and met Chris and Richard with their delightful young lady assistant. Chris and the team made us feel really welcome and nothing was too much trouble, a full selection of rings were presented to us with their honest opinions given on the offerings. We came away with a beautiful Eternity ring fully GIA certified and a very happy wife. We’ll done guys we will be back to see you soon.
We got my beautiful engagement ring with Charles yesterday. I am so in love. I didn’t think I’d get what I did for the modest budget we had set. But we managed my dream ring! I’m E colouring with VS2 clarity. Highly recommend. The staff know exactly what they’re talking about. We visited a few other shops on the street but this was by far the more knowledgable and professional jeweller.
