Absolutely love my ring … coupled with outstanding customer service, Sav was patient, knowledgeable and made me feel truly valued. I would not hesitate to go back or recommend them.
Absolutely incredible. A simply flawless service, with exceptional customer care and considerate assistance. From the very start, Sanjit was extremely accommodating; answering all manner of questions, offering multiple suggestions to meet my budget and style requirements, exchanging a lab grown for a mined diamond, and even pulled out the stops to meet the tough deadline to ensure my 'time sensitive' dream proposal came true. He was truly empathetic to my situation and I really felt he cared. He went above and beyond any expectation to help deliver, and what a result it was. The ring is absolutely outstanding. Such beautiful craftsmanship and delicate detail, it really is a masterpiece. Needless to say, it was a 'yes' and I am so thrilled that this gorgeous ring will be loved and adored forever. I knew I was in safe hands after my future brother in law and older brother had already used Savvy+Sand for their engagement rings but Sanjit still went above and beyond my expectations. They do the best work possible in your budget and I would recommend them without hesitation. Looking forward to going back and sorting out wedding bands!
I recently went to Savvy and Sand to purchase a wedding band. Sanjit was fantastic, and was able show me some bands that matched the description of what I was after and give me suggestions on what suited my engagement ring. I had my ring delivered within 3 weeks rather than 6 as initially specified and I am so happy with both my ring and my experience. I would highly recommend Savvy and Sand and Sanjit’s service was exemplary
These guys are amazing and talented jewellers! I can’t imagine going to anyone else apart from Savvy+Sand. These guys crafted a custom engagement ring for my fiance. The design sketch shown to me was exactly was I was looking for and the price quoted too was so much better than any other designer I’ve encountered. Earlier I was a bit nervous for the process, but with these guys made me feel at ease. They made me very comfortable throughout the process, provided great service, and ultimately crafted the perfect ring. Seriously can’t thank them enough. After, this I am sure I will be coming to you for my bands!
From the very beginning Savvy and Sand were very professional. They produced the perfect ring for my fiance from the design specification I had given them. They also arranged dates for me to come and see them to help choose correct gems for the ring kept me in the loop at all times. They even produced high end technical sketches for a visual representation of the ring. The end product was an amazing Ruby ring which my fiance fell in love with the minute I opened the box. Thank Savvy and Sand for being such a huge part of making my fiance happy and amazed by the ring you created. Looking forward to creating the wedding band with you.

Sanjit made the design process of my engagement ring so relaxed from the moment we met to the emails after. My ring turned out better than I could have imagined! Every email was answered quickly and Sanjit knew what I had envisaged for the final design. An absolute pleasure to deal with and we will definitely be returning for our wedding bands.
After numerous failed attempts in a number of different engagement ring shops with my partner, we stumbled across savvy and sand, and I am so glad that we did. From start to finish Sav was so helpful and with us every step of the way. I had almost given up looking for my 'dream ring' by this point, and within 20 minutes of entering the shop, me and my partner were sold. Thanks to savvy and sand i not only have the ring I had always dreamed of and more, but I also have a ring that is so personal to me and my partner as it was custom made. Absoute Gem at the end of an a long search! I stumbled across Savvy&Sand after a good couple of months searching for a place to buy my fiancé's engagement ring. I had looked everywhere from Cartier & Tiffany's, to Goldsmiths and Earnest Jones, to jewellers in Dubai and India, to online like Blue Nile and 77Diamonds, and finally through Hatton Gardens. Trust me, save yourself the hassle of looking and just go to Savvy&Sand. I did literally stumble across Savvy's after an afternoon of meandering through Hatton Gardens, and I'm very glad I did. Almost as soon as I entered the shop, I could tell this was in a different league to the majority of other shops we'd visited. Savvy was able to provide me with a 100% custom design, which we made together, allowing me to incorporate the little personal touches I wished to for my fiancé. The quality of the final ring was second to none, which after seeing so many rings, I realised can vary a lot. The price was surprisingly competitive, including abroad and online merchants. Additionally, the service Saveet has provided has been fantastic. He is a very patient man, and knows his industry well. Again, let me tell you after seeing so many shops, this various a heck of lot, and is much appreciated. He has provided great aftercare too. I could go on, but really in summary Savvy&Sand were the winners as they can make you exactly what you want, at a fair and reasonable price, with the best quality, all with excellent service. My fiancé was a happy lady when she got her ring! Thank you Saveet.
