What an absolute gem of a man - talented too! Had to have my rings sorn off my finger as they were not coming off for love nor money. He was very gentle in the process and explained everything. Couple of months down the line when I wanted my rings repaired, I sent a message and within 24 hours he was round again to collect my rings - had them over the weekend and returned my rings making them look brand new again! No one would have guessed they were in 2 pieces just a couple of days before hand. Absolutely gobsmacked at how my rings turned out, re sized to fit my finger and no marks left behind what so ever. No task is ever too much, always turns up with a smile and gets the job done to an emaculate standard. I cannot recommend House of Hatton enough, I will be singing their praises till the day I run out of breath! Bravo.

Fantastic service. From start to finish we have had a brilliant experience with House of Hatton. Gemma collected my wife's engagement ring and returned it repaired all within one week. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional. Very high quality. Just as good, was the cost. We were expecting a lot more but the ring was repaired for a very reasonable price. Overall we can't fault House of Hatton. Highly recommended and we won't hesitate to use them again.

I've been going to Tony and Gemma for a long time now and I wouldn't go anywhere else.  They are extremely professional and really know what they're doing. I trust them completely with my jewellery and every time they've made sure that I know exactly what's going on, sending videos and photos of their work as they do it. They understand that jewellery often has a high sentimental value and they're very sensitive to that, which I appreciate a lot.  They produce brilliant results too. I couldn't be happier with they work they've done for me and my partner. They really do go above and beyond to help, and have always made sure that I'm happy and that timings work.  Finally, they're genuinely really lovely people. I couldn't recommend them enough. It's an all-round top quality service.  Thank you House of Hatton!

Great to support local businesses but even better when the service is exceptional.  They repaired a loose stone in a ring that had great sentimental value to me and now it looks good as new.  Would highly recommend for any jewellery repairs.

I honestly can't thank the guys at House of Hatton enough. My Grandmother passed away in July of last year and I was given a ring which has a white gold base and a gold moving slider with hallmarks. As this was my grandmothers the ring was considerably smaller than anything I could wear.  I went to over 15 different jewellers all of which said they couldn't do anything to it. HOH not only managed  to resize the ring, but also management to make sure the slider could still moved and I was so overjoyed at the finished product, that I cried at the front  desk. For such a sentimental piece, I'm so grateful they took such good care of making sure it  was perfect.  HOH will be my go to jeweller from this point forward.

I had the pleasure of working with Gemma at House of Hatton to design the beautiful engagement ring that I proposed to my now fiance with. Having very little knowledge myself on the intricacies of jewellery, Gemma was patient, friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole initially daunting experience and enjoyable one. The ring itself is a beautiful bespoke piece that came in at a very reasonable cost considering its quality. Additional sizing adjustments were made without fuss and in quick turnaround. I needed an alteration to a tribute ring that I had made consisting of my wedding ring and my late wife’s wedding ring. Due to my planned weight loss the ring needed reducing 6 sizes. I am so very pleased with the result. From first contact through estimate, collection, alteration and delivery to my home the whole process took just five days.
