Nice, spacious and clean. Building itself is almost too big for the gym. Staff is friendly and very helpful if you are unsure. . Free weight area gets very busy in late afternoons and evenings, but I suppose it's the same in any gym. Only 4/5 stars due to the smell of food (grilled burgers) coming into cardio an function area from the next door business - a pub.

Wide range of equipment and good classes. Gets too busy from 6-8pm though but good during day or later at night.

Good all round gym for the price can be busy at times. Prefer early morning sessions to avoid this.

good classes, over booked a lot of the time which is annoying if you have booked and you get turned away. good amount of parking. nice pt's. can get really busy after work though. best early mornings or late evening.
