I began training at Fire Gym in 2018 after having a baby and just wanting to get out of the house and see other grown ups!  I have been hooked ever since, the classes and training cater to all levels, I train just for fun and fitness but others fight professionally.  It's such a welcoming and friendly environment - I work from home so it's nice to head to the gym in the evenings to socialise and work out.  We've just moved to a bigger premises but I'm so glad we haven't lost that small, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend giving it a try whether you're looking to fight competitively or just get in a good workout.

Absolutely belting gym, brilliant place to train and learn the art of Muay Thai.  The coaching team are amazing and know how to put everyone through their paces whatever the goal, either fitness or fighting. The more advanced people are always happy to help others and there's a proper buzz in the gym at all times.  The gym has recently moved to a new place, with a huge ring and mat area, even has weights if you just want to go and do some strength and conditioning.  Classes are on every day and there's something for every level, from beginner which goes through the basics, right up to advanced with sparring and clinch work.  I always leave a session feeling better than before and love training there.  If you want to learn proper Muay Thai, Super Fire Gym is the place to be.

Liam’s a great coach and the gym culture he’s developed here is super friendly, disciplined, and fun for all levels of Muay Thai. It’s fully equipped with changing rooms, bags, pads, and a ring - I highly recommend for anyone starting out or already experienced in martial arts.

I have been going there since 2017 because I can keep my self fit and fresh. The coach and his team are working with us to improve our levels.The atmosphere is electric and top notch.

Fantastic gym, great people to train and spar with and some of the best, most motivating and friendly coaches I've ever seen. When I first went to Fire Gym I almost immediately felt like part of the family. Whether it's just for fitness or competition, Fire Gym is one of the best Muay Thai gyms out there. The head coach, Liam, regularly goes to Thailand to improve his training methods and knowledge and is extremely motivating and thorough in his approach to coaching. There is also more K1-focused sessions which can help round out your game and are also fantastic. All the coaches give it their all and the passion that they have for their respective sport is evident every day.  As a final note, I've gone to several different gyms in my lifetime and none of them train the traditional Muay Thai clinch to the extent that they do at Fire Gym. The clinch is the most underrated and underused tools in other UK/European gyms I've gone to. However, there is specific time allocated for clinching at Fire Gym. Listening to the coaches and learning it properly like this can give you a huge advantage in inter-club, amateur and professional competition.

Amazing gym with a perfect blend of violence, love and comradery. There are different classes aimed at all levels and the coaches will push you brilliantly to your goals - whether that be competition or fitness!

I love going to Firegym! There is a wide variety of people, all with different personal goals whether it be to fight or just get fit which creates a super friendly and encouraging atmosphere. The different classes allow you to achieve these goals. I have only been doing Muay Thai for around a year, and I thought starting something new like this would be intimidating but I was very wrong, and I’m loving every second. I can’t thank the people at Firegym enough for everything they do for us all.
