Great place to comfortably work out in an encouraging and friendly atmosphere!

I was so pleased to find a women only gym and then delighted when I joined and found a great atmosphere and staff that go above and beyond to help you.  All ages and all sizes.  No mirrors!  Highly recommend it.

Great workout, women only and takes 30 minutes. Staff are really friendly and motivating. Plenty of free parking at Tesco Portman rd
