Went for Lunch with the family. 28/10/22 We absolutely enjoyed every moment they looked after there customers. Especially a lovely lady who was new there. her name Tracey. she Has done a fantastic job. Thank you for making our experience outstanding, will be Definitely going back again.
Lovely service amazing food . It was quiet when we went which worked out perfect for us The kids all enjoyed their food and the quality and price was spot on .
We booked a family Christmas meal for 6 adults and 3 children. The process for booking the table and meal was very simple and communication with the venue was excellent. The service was great throughout our visit, very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Xmas packs were given to the children to keep them occupied and the crackers on the table were a nice touch. The food was delicious, we had a range of meals from the Christmas menu and no one could fault them. We didn't have to wait too long between courses and we didn't feel rushed in any way. The meal was great value for money and the service was faultless I would highly recommend booking for a meal, especially large family bookings.
Excellent service, especially Abi, food was on time, lovely and hot would 100% recommend.
Fantastic birthday breakfast, albeit only just as we were late breakfast finishes at 11:30. Thankfully Abi sorted us out and the chefs made us some fresh eggs and fried slice. Love this place as it’s my local we come here often. Never leave Dissatisfied
This is a good family restaurant with something for everyone. I really like their carvery, and others preferred the burger. There is also a pizza station which I haven't tried yet. It is affordable and good value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Great place for reunion as we are from Australia. Food is good and staff were amazing considering they short staffed. Even chef went back and bought out new beef for us. All food was especially good and tasty. Staff cleaned tables so well. Will definitely recommend this place to friends in Oz when visiting Canterbury. Thank you
Visited again tonight for a Christmas meal with friends. Firstly, £13.49 for three courses is unbelievably cheap. And given the price, the food is tasty! The staff are always so genuinely lovely and friendly. Special mention to Jonathan for the 5-star service!
We come here often and have never had any problems, the staff are friendly, helpful and the food is delicious. When we visited today, they didn’t have any fish fingers, not a big deal I know, but when they learnt that my autistic boy whom has food aversions wouldn’t be able to chose any other options available, they went above and beyond to accommodate him! This really meant a-lot to me, as eating out as a family comes with its many challenges anyway, but today was an enjoyable experience. So I can’t Thank you enough for today, THANK YOU so much. See you again soon
I visited for lunch with my wife. Whilst there, we received very good friendly service from Jane and Jonathan. Both were very attentive and ensured we had all we needed and that our meal was OK. The only reason for not giving a 5 star review was that the roast potatoes were overcooked which was disappointing. Despite this we will definitely return.
