Very poor customer service, tried to hire on the same day, shop was dead and no effort to help me hire. Shopkeeper said she was alone and couldn't sort out same day hires, not even giving a time to return or locking the shop for 5mins to go and retrieve my size it was dead , so I left and drove 10mins down the road to a shop with better service who took my money off me and gave me a costume. Poor service results in lost sales - not rocket science.
Brilliant service! So helpful in assisting our family in choosing our outfits for a 70s fancy dress night. Great range of merchandise.
