Good value for money. As expected it gets very busy during peak times and you'll have to wait for equipment. If you can go off peak, definitely do so it's a far nicer experience 10am to 2pm in the day and most times of the late night / early morning. Great range of equipment though!
Very clean staff helpful all the equipment you will ever need great value .
Lovely environment. The instructors are experienced and friendly. I was an absolute beginner about going gym and working out. The instructors are very patient, they always give the right advices and nothing to feel embarrassed about. I love going gym. Thank you
I always have to queue for the squat rack and horizontal bench, even on Sunday evening, when it is "quiet". They have so much space for cardio machines that are always empty. Also, they have two declined benches and two inclined benches but I've never seen people using all of them and there is always queue for the horizontal bench. They definitely need more squat racks and horizontal benches. Apart from that, the gym is good.
Place is always to hot and dirty. Machines all so close together to the point you have to wait for people training next to you to finish to change your weights. Shower area is shockingly appalling. When it first opened it was great gym. But over the years Standards have massively dropped
Great gym, clean and open area with plenty of options. Suits all sorts of styles. Properly stocked vending machines if that's your thing. Feels very safe and secure too.
Good selection of equipment to use...If you get the chance. This gym is smaller than most and because of the low price, this means that there is always going to be a lot of people in this gym. The quipment itself is good enough quality for beginners, although I am not a gym enthusiast. The thing I am most dissapointed with is the fact that it is not made obvious with how ot cancel your subscription in contrast with how easy it is to sign up.As mentioned, this is a cheap gym and I think for a beginnner , who is not shy about working out in front of people, this is a good place to start.
Too crowded, all types of machines available but the maintenance is 6/10, they work but not smooth. If you’re a gym enthusiast, you’ll find it uncomfortable on every machine. Price vaise, it’s one of the best if you know how to work within a massive crowd.
Great gym Very clean and friendly staff
The Equipment, price and easy to cancel membership are all excellent features and deserving of 5 stars. However, it is let down big time by the changing rooms, some staff and management. Great Equipment and Fantastic Value for Money. Personal Trainers and Toilets/Changing Rooms Good Facilities A HUGE gym. Plenty of space here. Equipment *Dumb Bells - good range *Barbells - 2x Flat Bench, 2x Decline Bench, 2x Incline Bench *3 x Squat Racks, *3 x platforms for deadlifts/rows etc *T-Row, Trap Bar etc. Cheap *£19 a month - the cheapest in Hatfield £15 for original members *24/7 opening - but who needs to be there at 3 or 4 in the morning? *No Contract Quite a few students go here now. Problems Personal Trainers: One female PT kicked off someone who was on the Smith Machine - because she wanted to use it for her client. PTs should NOT queue jump and should get clients to 'train a muscle' not master a particular piece of equipment. On another occasion she gave Diet advice while her client was hogging the leg curl machine. Guarav. While I was on a piece of equipment Lat Pulldown he hovvered just over me with his client. He even demonstrated while I was on equipment - as if you weren't there! I was using the equipment and resting between sets - which is normal practice. He then got offended when told to go away - and lied to the Manager about what happened. His behaviour is totally unacceptable and he should be dismissed. The Manager did nothing. Changing Rooms and Toilets It is annoying people just leave their clothes on the changing room bench hooks and not in lockers. The Manager does nothing. CCTV cameras in male changing rooms but not female ones. Toilets can be Third World. One cubicle had toilet paper on the foor not the container. The second you couldn't flush toilet or close the door. Management does not respond at all.

Pumgym in Hatfield label minorities an intimidating when a minority asked a user if they are on their phone to let someone else use the equipment.
