Love this gym. The guys running it are great and always have time to chat. The trainers are approachable and friendly and I really enjoy the women's fitness classes. I would highly recommend this place.

Its a small gym with a personal feel. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Its been a good experience and I'm certainly not a gym person!!

I love this gym. It's like a smaller version of monster gym. Staff are always smiling and helpful. My only issue is the mens showers. There half complete. Apart from that this gym makes you want to train, train and train
