My grandsons & granddaughter go kickboxing here, they absolutely love it. Jay & everyone that helps out are great, so patient & supportive, they make it good fun for the kids too.
Had a free trial for my 14 years old daughter for Muay Thai Place remind me Rocky Balboa movie and I like it. My daughter loves it and we hope to comeback in September. Great atmosphere!
An old tatty gym. I'm all for a bit of old school, but this is more like from the 60's. I trained legs on my visit, so can only comment on the equipment used for that. Didn't like it at all. On most of the leg machines, you're not able to adjust to the length of your legs, so if you're tall, you'll find it very uncomfortable. With the equipment they currently have I wouldn't even waste your time or money on a £5 day pass trying the place out. Everything needs to be refurbed IMO, to make this place worth coming to.
It's my local gym5 mins walk from our front door. Old fashioned, hard core, bodybuilders' Gym. A OK selection of free weights and machinesAny gym could always do with a bit more Good atmosphere, friendly owner. All you need, really, for a weights-ans-cardio session.
Good little gym, had a few training sessions here, if you like old school gyms with proper kit.
Gym I like. Old style, no fuffing around. Shower facilities are outdated - but if you are local like myself you can shower at home. Cheapest around, especially off-peak. No contract. Only minus is music - loud and rubbish...
Great environment. The staff are friendly and helpful and everyone in there was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. The Marshal arts class was fantastic
Good gym but only thing is you have to buy their water bottles and no heating system very cold
