I've started one to one classes with Valerie in July and I've loved it straight away. She explains really well and even though, I was a total beginner to start with, I feel I got the principles of Pilates quickly. She's very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk that I'm sure she can cater for any levels and I would totally recommend her.

I would highly recommend Pilates with Valarie her passion and knowledge is amazing and Her enthusiasm I have scoliosis and after 2 months of twice weekly lessons I can definitely feel my back is getting stronger . Thanks to Pilates with Valarie

Valerie is a very qualified and caring teacher, she loves her what she does and it shows in how she runs her classes and the results we all achieve in her classes. If you are thinking about doing Pilates or getting back into it  and want that 121 attention, then don't hesitate to call her.

I highly recommend Valerie as a pilates teacher. She's clearly very experienced, and knows how much you are capable of, even for a total beginner like me with a back injury. She explains and guides very well, and is also a lovely person!
