Love this gym. Best layout of all the ones ive used. Ample equipment and great space for the exercise classes! Its always clean and the staff are helpful and friendly! Definitely worth the membership! Well done TGG Watford!

Been going to this gym for a few years now and it is a great local gym which is reasonable and has friendly staff. Great equipment over two floors. Has a routine deep clean but you can use other local gym group gyms when this happens.nnBeen doing the hyrox classes on Tuesday and Friday lunchtime since last summer and I love it. Matt is a great instructor. Great setup and it puts you through an all body workout. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my fitness. Would recommend to all.

I have been part of the gym group Watford for 2 years now. Really good gym, staff is always very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Matt as I had an issue with my membership and he was very helpful and understanding! 100% recommend great people and space!!

I’ve been going to the gym for over a year now as I have various chronic conditions. With the support of all the staff especially Debbie King I have made great progress. She has given me her time, knowledge and expertise with great support and guidance. Although I get set backs I will continue working towards increasing my strength, fitness, balance and flexibility so that I can improve my functional capabilities and independence. This gym has now included classes for members who also have a range of difficulties and those like me who are more senior members. So never think you’re too old, unfit or have disabilities that will hold you back. Go with a positive mental attitude and with their help you will improve.
