Great gym. Lots of machines though you do get those people who just sit around on them not using them and no one really says anything. All the machines are always working and clean and look pretty new. Open 24h which is great though parking can be tricky at busy hours and sometimes you get blocked in a bit. Clean changing rooms with plenty of showers and lockers.

Cheap membership nice changing facilities and locker room and good shower facilities good variety of gym machines and free weight section open 24hrs a day personal trainers around when I have been there in the day time and evening and classes available on a daily basis also has a body composition machine which you can also do a fitness test on and is free if you subscribe to a live it membership which is normally a few pounds more than the standard membership but allows you to use other sites of the gym as well as your home site

My first gym membership is to here. The facilities are nice even though some of the equipment is slightly damaged. The cleaners do a very sparce job and there are a few cobwebs up high. The new redecoration looks more inviting and I am glad they covered the windows finally

One if my favourite places, facilities are good, equipment is always improving, staff are super friendly and helpful

Great gym. Go early in morning or midday because after work it's rammed. Could do with antibac around as mats can get dirty but a great gym for the price
