I recently join Average Joes Gym after moving to Broxbourne.  For me this gym is perfect as it contains a large well layed free weights section and well maintained life fitness machines. 

The staff are really helpful and although it can appear a bit intimidating at first everyone is really friendly there.

love the new studio one ladies only area. Always plenty of equipment even at peak time and nice sports supplement that are great for women
A couple of my friends have joined too so really enjoy traning as a group and have just bought a very cheap tanning course
