I have never ben treated so badly by a doctor in my life - complaint on its way. There are good doctors there but the last one I saw did not deserve to call themselves a doctor. never just got up and walked out of a doctors surgery previously but then I guess there is always a first time I suppose!!

Reception staff has changed fortunately, more respectful and real caring service. Easily to get appointments. GP 's great.

Any doctors can be busy at certain times, but whenever I've had an emergency they have gone out of their way to help myself and my children, my son had a cut on his head that split open again slightly, there was 20 minutes between me calling and my son seeing a doctor, that's good practice if you ask me xxx

It use to be a good GP, but now you have to call in and book on the day which i think is ridiculous I go to 6th form and it is very hard for me to book an appointment in the morning, especially even when i get the chance to in the morning theres a very long waiting line on the call even callinng at 8:30 and when you call at 9 its all booked up and you have to try again. Definitely going to go register to a new GP, dont waste your time and stress here trying to book an appointment

I was told to book an appointment at 8:30am, cause the waiting list is 1 month, but they always have free/cancelled spots. After 10 tries someone answered and said they're booked fully. No offer of any other day, just that and goodbye... They shouldn't register that many patients if they can't handle them.
