Closed on Saturday and Sunday despite what google displays. We wanted a drop-in centre and this practice was shown as open. On arrival it was closed and details in the window show it as only open Monday to Friday - if you need a drop in centre at the weekend ring 111. This practice needs to please update their details on Google.

Very rude receptionist. Was ringing from 8 till 8.51 . Before 8 message says surgery open from 8 onwards . The phone was finally answered by a lady which I explained this to she said and I quote wee that was pointless as we don't turn the phones on till 8.30 anyway so the surgery was fully booked in 21 mins and I did not stop calling all this time she was so rude and argent telling me well u could have walked in over the weekend not even asking me my situation and when it began . Not helpful at all

The receptionist there was so rude and she seems racist. She made me feel very uncomfortable. She was even asking me what was wrong with me when I was trying to explain to her that I really needed to see a doctor . Since when did we have to disclose personal illness to receptionist without medical degrees ?

I'm livid with the receptionist working there today. My girlfriend has just come home very upset, she needed to see the doctor for a sensitive issue which I won't elaborate further on than it involved contraception. This receptionist took it upon his/her self to tell my girlfriend that as she had been before than she should consider buying it herself. It's not like she's a regular visitor (just the second time), the reason she was there could happen to anybody (contraception malfunction), she's a tax payer so does pay for her health care and most importantly he or she had no idea of the complicated circumstances involved. In future I think the receptionist should learn to mind their own business and do their job which is professional customer service and admin. Not NHS budgeting, not providing health care and certainly not upsetting worried patients further on matters they don't even know about.
