I’ve always had amazing service from the team whenever I entered the shop. Professional staff and no pressure selling, their product knowledge, enthusiasm and willingness to help has led me to want to support my local bike shop. It being a local shop will mean from time to time their isn’t the stock, but when I’ve ordered I’ve been kept updated. On the bikes I’ve bought directly from them over the years, I’ve been measured before, fitted and they have all received their free service. To be honest I’m able to maintained 90% of my bikes. But on the bits I can’t, like bottom brackets etc. The guys have had no problem in doing what I can’t.

I’ve been using Primera for about 15 years with fantastic service on each occasion. I took a friend in yesterday to buy their first road bike, the staff were brilliant with her and spent unrushed time getting the correct bike and size sorted. Brilliant service and thank you so much for looking after my friend so well.

Excellent friendly service as always. I bought my first road bike from the Bournemouth store which was a delight to deal with, they got me set up on my bike and I've loved it ever since I picked it up. Highly recommended this business to anyone who enjoys cycling. I don't shop online as I like to deal with people face to face and support real businesses.

I’ve been a customer of Primera for over 20 years and I’ve seen the business flourish which is no accident. Amazing assortment of kit and importantly knowledgeable and patient staff.when ever I’ve needed help I’ve had really good service. Any problems have been dealt with efficiently and I trust them with any service or setup requirements.

Helpful staff. Still unsure what bike to go for , after looking round a few bike shops in the area. I'll definitely be revisting this one to make a purchase
