Really happy with Renovatio Bikes. I've brought a few problems to their shop and it's always been sorted really quickly. Recently asked them to build my titanium hardtail up for me, a one-off dream build. 'Yeah, bring it in and I'll have a look'......Popped all the parts into the shop late afternoon......Next morning it's all built from the bare frame, threads cleaned up, forks cut, rear hub serviced, brake hoses cut and bled, components fitted, all dialled in and ready to go. Pretty much perfect. They obviously really dig their bikes. Polite, efficient, good quality work and very reasonably priced. I reckon we're lucky to have a good bike shop like this in Boscombe.
This bike shop is undoubtedly the best in Bournemouth with an incredible degree of professionalism and customer service. You can tell they are genuine bike enthusiasts. I had my used bike serviced there at a reduced cost, returned it a few weeks later following a minor accident, and the service was excellent. Daniel also provided me free bike lights when I informed him I rode at night; wonderful work guys!!!
I went to Renovatio Bikes last year and got a green Forme hybrid bike. It has been incredible and the team at Renovatio were so helpful in explaining how to use the gears and in recommending accessories. They also gave my bike free service and changed the tyres for me. Couldn't have been happier and wholeheartedly recommend them! A benefit to the local cycling community!
I had the pleasure of using this bike repair service and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of workmanship and professionalism demonstrated. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of high quality repairs.
These lads are brilliant at what they do and provide outstanding customer service. It’s more than clear they LOVE bicycles and all things to do with cycling. More importantly, they are honest, reliable, friendly and don’t oversell. If there is no problem they tell you, if there is something to be fixed or replaced they get it done often within a day and charge a fair price for labour and parts. I would not go anywhere else in Bournemouth and always recommend them to friends and fellow cyclists.
We're lucky to have such a quality shop in the area. You can tell Paul & co. love bikes and love the community and they've always done a stand out job with my canyon, Brompton etc. Thanks a lot!
Absolute bang on service. I came in with a request to replace my tires on my bike as I had been looking to do it in the long term and after telling about my preferences the owner got to instantly. I came to pick up my bike the next day and it was a totally different machine. The lad even went above and beyond and made some tuning to the bike. Cycling back home felt very comfortable. The tires are fat and strong, you can feel the smoothness when you cycle on a paved road and a nicely flat surface. I'll be definitely coming back in the near future when I will want to upgrade my bike even further. Best bike shop in town!!!
I went to these guys based on the great reviews, and they didn't disappoint. They are very busy, but didn't tell me to go away I turned up with no appointment. They were welcoming, they knew straight way what needed to be fixed, had my bike back near enough the next day. This is the first shop and I have tried many around Bournemouth where I didn't feel like they were making the most of my lack of bike knowledge and did more than required in turn costing alot more, they just actually repaired what was required and no more. Highly recommend, don't go elsewhere!
Fantastic service, very fast, reliable and fairly priced. Have taken various bikes to Renovatio over the years and have had a great experience every time.
My partner bought the Morley Pro from these guys and they were incredibly helpful. They really do give the best service and look after your bike after purchase. They are also lovely people. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
