I shop at Primark regularly and have always had a good experience. The returns policy is clear and straightforward, staff are generally helpful, and the addition of self-checkout has made shopping much quicker and easier. I was even able to use an online gift card at the self-checkouts with no issues. I also really appreciate the availability of XXS sizing, as it makes it much easier to find clothes that fit well/ aren't oversized on petite body type.

Just popped in, family member mentioned some straight leg joggers they wanted and thought why not do some Christmas shopping as we all know primark got some cheap stuff, not as cheap as when they first opened but everything has gone up right? Anyways, a lot has changed wow no large paper bags just reusables and even new tills it was my first time using self checkout tills and was very confused. A lovely young lady was incredibly helpful patient, and very friendly to me and the kids and guided us through the process. She was very patient with me even though she had a lot of customers to attend to and it was quite busy. I think her name was Mayo or Moyo. What could have been confusing was made really simple thanks to her support. Excellent customer service and a lovely attitude. Thank you, Mayo!
Love this big primark store as it always seems to have all the items you see at the big city stores, but the items here don't seem to sell out fast like Birmingham or Manchester stores. The location is good just down the main street next to the newly refurbished market hall. They always have great sale items and the home items are always a bargain. Staff are always super helpful too.
