This place is good, the queues are always big but go down really quickly. My issue with this Primark is there is only one lift and I Always seem to spend more time in it than actually shopping. Because so many people are calling it you usually have to go up and down 3 or four times before you actually get to the floor you need.
It feels like whatever leftover stock other branches don't manage to sell, ends up in here. Poorly stocked shop comparing to other Primarks, odd items in odd sizes, lacks basic products and for items to be tidy and in order.
Love the space and set out lots of choose and colours in the cloths
Visited yesterday with my mum who has to use a wheelchair. There were 6 pushchairs waiting for the 1 tiny lift in store, we were unable to access the second floor due to so many waiting for the lift. It was a Saturday and I appreciate some possible short staffing but the store had clothes etc all over the floor which I constantly had to kick out the way! Please consider making some changes - thank you.
Competitive prices and very good customer service.
One of the largest department stores for all types of clothes in Nottingham centre area. Can find plenty of discounted clothes in some seasons.
This has to be the worst primark I have ever been in. Dated and no stock. Very small compared to all the others I've been too.
Avoid on a hot day. It will be hotter inside this shop than outside, with no air conditioning or air flow it's stifling. The place could be used to very effectively torture people. It's inhumane Primark expect people to work in such a place, if I worked there I'd have the HSE involved. That being said, every time I go in the menswear section seems to have shrunk. Before long the only menswear left will be handkerchiefs and ties.
Brilliant place for the kids and mens and ladies clothing
Worst Primark I've ever been in. Very very untidy. Clothes all over the floor. Clothes on the shelves, messy and heaped. Looked like a jumble sale. Couldn't get the hangers off the rails, that many items of clothing crammed on them, so it was hard work to get them off !!
