I went with my friend as she wanted to upgrade her phone, on business contract, but the staff was helpless and unable to access the business system. Also, the staff kept asking why does she need it on business account. Pff Pathetic Customer Service.

Great branch with well trained staff. Always been pleased how my issues and enquiries have been dealt with. Another reason to stay loyal to a company brand.

Excellent Service. Dan explained that my warranty repair could take up to 2 weeks but I got it back within 3 days. Jordan and Dan were both spot on. Highly recommended, couldn't be happier.

Shocking, my phone was sent to be fixed got it back and it's still not working, telling me on the phone it's definitely been checked and they have to write a written assessment saying its checked and fixed before it goes back out obvious lie anyone with a brain cell knows it's not fixed. More money and time getting it back for there mistake.

too long to see a staff (waited around 20mins then left) so had to leave empty handed will have to try a different store in future.
