Very poor customer service. Avoid this place! I purchased an item but they duplicated the order and I have 2. They refused to accept return without me having to pay postage even though delivery was free Very small minded and petty company would not compromise

AWFUL SERVICE! I recently purchased some shoes on-line and they sent the wrong item, which is not the problem. The main problem is the complete incompetence shown by a member of staff who said would do something to sort out the issue and then failed to call me back and let me know what is happening. I am extremely disappointed with their service and would genuinely advise you not to use their facilities.

Super service as always. They held the last pair of shoes back for me whilst I returned an ill fitting pair. I would have given 5 stars if Rollersnakes offered free returns on exchanges but hey, I can't really complain given their competitive prices!

As any self respecting surf or skate person would expect. Great shop, staff perfect and awesome footwear selection. Tad pricecy but you get what you pay for.

Excellent shop. I visit regularly as it stocks all the well known brands and their own rollwrsnakes brand. I travel all the way from the vale of Belvoir to browse and buy. And have been doing for years. I often order from the website too. Top shop 5*
