Me, my mum and my sister went to the store on the bottom floor today and the staff member that was in was extremely patient and helpful! Brilliant customer service!
Love the Perfume Shop the staff are always knowledgeable and friendly, with excellent choice quality and prices.
If i could i give a 0 some staff are so rude all they are bothered about is talking to each other instead of tending to the customers.You ask to sample a perfume and they roll they're eyes at you.It's a shame for such a good shop to have staff that are so rude.

The shop on the second floor we always go to The staff are very helpful They will wrap your purchase and there is a customized ribbon which you can put a message on Pick your colour Yes there is a charge but it's worth it for some one special There is also a loalty card if you wish to have one Prices are ok Sue Hill
Helpful staff, good range of products
Couldn’t recommend Courtney enough! She is an asset to the business and would highly recommend, nothing ever seems to much hassle for her to sort - she kept me updated with the current ongoing problems with my order and extremely efficient to rectify and create a solution. If you’re looking for help for perfume/aftershave I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her.
Great shop and had what i wanted as well. Very helpful staff.

They have everything set out in line with Covid 19 guidelines. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Made the customer feel really safe and relaxed.
