The staff is so helpful, is difficult to come out with your hands empty once you go inside the store.
If you like all things Disney you will love it here. The staff are really friendly and pro actively helpful. Products are pricey but that's Disney for you. They do however have some good reductions throughout the year when a bargain can be had. Children love it and there's always a Disney film being played to entertain them.
Staff are always so friendly! Great sales on everything is put so nicely out on the shelves. Great atmosphere as usual! Staff interact with the kids amazing! My daughter's always love coming along & spending my money!
Sad to see all Stores closing down. I feel for the cast members. All members at this store are super polite and helpful. And offered all the Disney magic the second you step through the door
Just had a look around to get ideas for Christmas with my son daughter in law and 6 year old granddaughter. Lots of lovely ideas for presents but some a bit pricey. Always a good experience but will try meadow hall branch on Tuesday
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly as they want you to buy. Kids adore the place because of the films, parents buy because the kids like the stuff. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE AND THROUGH THE ROOF you have been warned, shame on you Disney
I used to love shopping here because they always had a mixture of stuff in the shelves. But now, the only good things are the same few things from the same few Disney films and it's not the Disney films that appeal to me or the people I want to buy gifts for.
The staff were friendly and helpful and product range was fine. However in comparison to other Disney stores it lacked something. The Disney store in Aberdeen has Princess dress area and a magic mirror and has a section at the back showing cartoons and an area to do colouring. I know it is a shop, but imersive toy shops are just far better. It is the reason Smyth's has crushed toys r us.
Love the Disney shop. Staff are very nice. Will always come in and try and buy something. Want to keep the disney shop going don't want it to go like Toys R Us.
Great store and lots of wonderful gift ideas my only problem is price but again I guess with it being Disney branded this can be expected. Still well worth a visit for them special gift ideas.
