Very poor. The motorbike park section has no security, a leaky pipe and loose wiring hanging across it - potentially very dangerous. Motorbikes have to pay to park and the first two machines you come to don't operate and the stairs to the next level were locked so you couldn't use them. This was all about lunchtime on a Monday afternoon. Fortunately you can pay to park with a mobile phone, but as a motorcyclist you have to pay the same amount as a car which seems unfair. Would not park there again.
Old dingy carpark with tight turns with high concrete curbs on the corners. Very narrow spaces and narror isles make it near impossible to even pull out of a space if 2 larger vehicles are parked opposit each other. One to avoid if you have anything larger than a medium sized car
Went today to see the new indoor market. Pareed in floor 5 as first space we saw. After paying to park, we went to the lift to find it was OUT OF ORDER! Spoke to someone in the Market office who advised no lifts were working in the car park! DISGRACEFUL - What about all the people with disabilities? My 80 year old partner, who recently had a collapsed lung and has cancer, was expected to use the stairs to floor 5..... so many other people were struggling with the stairs.
Good car park especially for JD Gym and quick access to town centre and its a shame that it will be knocked down soon due to new plans and also having asbestos in it!.
It's a bit hard to find the entrance, but it is a large, safe, car park, and not really that expensive. Safe parking.

Good for quick trips into city centre, it is a shame that it will soon be closed down.
Great communication to the main roads. Cheap and in the Town center.
