Fantastic location with everything you need close by.nFantastic staff. Very friendly and helpful.nnThe rooms are looking a little tired, but it is due a full makeover soon so not a deal breaker. They were however clean and tidy.nnRestaurant is good and again, brilliant staff.
Location is good although kinda looks like it’s in the middle of nowhere. Staff were okay, not amazing but pleasant enough, and allowed me to store my bags after check out. The view from my room of the hills was great but the room itself left something to be desired. Very dated, chips in the wall. Bathroom had a strange smell when I walked in and the curtain and walls had flecks of black mould. Still better than most of the Travelodges I’ve stayed in but def not the best premier inn.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming—truly the best part of the stay! The location is perfect, close to the train station and town center.nHowever, the rooms and hotel are slightly dated and not as well maintained as other Premier Inns. It definitely needs a refresh and upgrade. Go for the great service and location, but expect a tired aesthetic.
Only stopped off one night but reception were friendly. There is no restaurant here but they have put out a little something for free which is amazing and just what you need before you set off early in the morning. Would definitely stay again if in the area
We stayed 5 days. A blouse was stolen from our room. We reported the incident to the reception, but they we unbelievable indifferent. The seat of the toilet was broken. We repeatedly asked for soap in our bathroom.nnI regret I didn't move to another hotel. I strongly do not recommend it.
