I have no complaints. the location is ideal next to the train station, the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean, first time staying in a plus room and really loved the option of a softer light in the bathroom. Having a fridge is brilliant if you're staying a few days and prefer fresh milk in your drinks! Wouldn't hesitate to come back
Spotless rooms staff are informative kind helpful went above and beyond.nnHotel restaurant I recommend the house salad with grilled chicken very tasty enjoyed it greatly.nnRestaurant staff are kind and helpful menu has a decent choice you have restaurant and cinema directly across from the hotel if looking for something else..nnStirling is within walking distance. Across the glass walkway and you have restaurant bars takeaways club and nice walk uptown the castle.
Clean and quiet accommodations. We stayed May 2024 for 2 nights. The carpet must have been just cleaned in the main hallway because it was a bit damp, and musty smelling. Great location to walk to city center. Great breakfast place across the street. Average amount of parking. Highly recommend & would stay again.
Reasonable sized room second floor, comfortable bed and couch, room seemed reasonably clean, few area need a touch-up.nThe reception staff was really helpful.nnGreat location & Value.nnFree WiFi is very weak and constantly disconnecting.nnDidn't like-nnWhat looks like damp / mould on the bathroom ceilingsnQuite a bit of dust/fluff around the bed lights.
Staff were friendly, the location was great, 5 mins across the bridge from the train station. The rooms were clean but hand wash had rust stains on it and not enough towels provided, had to ask for me.
