It was a really nice stay. Beautiful location with lots of historical location 10mins walk to the Stirling Castle. My expectations were exceeded as regards the rooms. Great customer service and good food but i couldn't get hash browns and bar. Great experience overall
This hotel is super cute. Warning it's uphill from the train station, great location close to Stirling Castle. The room was ok, don't look at the mattress cover it's gross, walls are super thin you can hear all your neighbors. Thankfully it was quite stay. Shower pressure 10/10, service was great!
Now this is a hotel!! Clean, spacious rooms with a large bathroom. No elevator but it still wasn't a negative for us. No complaints here. I didn't want to leave. The reception was able to give us an excellent recommendation for a good cafe/restaurant.
This is not a 5-star hotel. It doesn't meet the criteria in any sense. The staff were lovely and forthcoming, even though the hotel seemed understaffed. Rooms dated, breakfast poor. Great location and walkability to main attractions and city centre If this would be a 3-star hotel I would probably have lower expectations.
I was sitting an exam in the function suite, so can't comment on the rooms. The staff were lovely and the hotel is situated just down the hill from the castle. The only fault I had was the cost to park in the hotel car park, it was outrageous. It's half the price to park on the street in front of it.
